Carbohydrates substition in myocardium during an experimental diabetes

Abstract

Carbohydrates substitution in myocardium during an experimental diabetes.
Disscussing the results of our investigation we can conclude, that aloxan diabetic deseases development in rabbits of Ist group sexually immature was 59,3 %, but in IInd and IIIrd group rabbits sensivity to aloxan was 66,6 or 76,2% .

To the famous investigator;s mind this fact is explained by morphological changes which is connected  with an age growing fact, in this case  Langerhance islands quantity in the pancreas are decreased and at the same time is lowering the ability of the organism of changing proinsulin into the insulin.
In the stressed dituations in reinforced organism;s demands on carbonwater. A heart muscle is able to rebuit the store of polysacarid.

The young rabbits insufficience on glycogen’s quantity in myocardium indicates on the strength of rusting processes in comprision with the IIrd and IIIrd group animals.
Thus myocardium belongs to sensitive tissues of insulin, by which is lowered using of glucose and miocard is going to use fatacids, after this begins lipolizic activation in miocardicites.
All these  factors  cause the lowering of myocardium constraction’s ability and develops the next ischemic deaseses.
