Justification of proposals for improving the regulatory framework in the field of medical and social assistance for transgender people in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract


In this paper an attempt has been made to highlight imperfections and conflicts of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the human right for gender identity recognition. The article covers the international legal approaches to the implementation of this right.
